Raise money for the Parkrose Music students by doing your everyday shopping!! Purchase gift cards through our Scrip program for your purchases and dining out. All participating vendors will give you a FULL value gift card and will give as much as 45% of your purchase price back to support MUSIC IN OUR SCHOOLS! We have cards for major grocery, retail stores, and restaurants. Orders are due on Mondays at noon in your school office and will be returned that Friday. When your school reaches $3,000 in sales your music teacher will receive a $25.00 gift card of their choice for the music program! Please see below for the newest order form! Parkrose Youth Soccer Club
Parkrose Soccer Club is proud to offer a $250 scholarship for post-secondary education to a young man and a young woman whose lives have been affected by the Club. Our intent is to offer this scholarship every year that there are qualified applicants.
• Be a graduating high-school senior in the current school year
• Be accepted to an undergraduate, vocational, or professional program of an accredited college or university in the United States for the next fall semester.
• Have a significant connection to Parkrose Soccer Club: either having played, coached, or refereed for the Club.
• Fill out and submit enclosed application form.
• Submit a short essay describing yourself and how Parkrose Soccer Club impacted your life (500 words max).
• Submit a letter of recommendation.
Scholarships will be awarded to the students who can best demonstrate the value of youth athletics (and specifically Parkrose Soccer Club, of course) in the development of successful, well-rounded citizens.
Scholarship applications can be submitted directly to the club by emailing email@example.com. Applications will be accepted from February 1 through May 1, and a decision will be made by May 15.
Parkrose Soccer Club's mission is to promote the game of soccer in the Parkrose neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Oregon, and with it teamwork, physical fitness, and sportsmanship.

Spin the giant wheel and Get Lucky! If you don't have any fines (congratulations!), stop by and get a treat. Where? Library! When? All week, ending TODAY after school.
Seniors, don't forget to apply for the Parkrose Community Scholarships! Applications are still available in Mrs. Read's office. Complete applications are due TODAY by 3pm. Don't delay! This is a great opportunity for you to get some help paying for college.
Upcoming Events and Reminders
Please congratulate Freshman Shelbie Dunn for her performance in the first Girls Golf Varsity Tournament. Shelbie scored 30 points in the Varsity Match on Tuesday.
The Student Store will be closed during 2nd lunch for the next two weeks as the FBLA students prepare for the State Championship. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The store will be open for 2nd lunch starting April 13th.
Calling all students who like trivia and love science. The Parkrose Science Bowl is looking for new members to compete in next years competition. To learn more stop by Wet Lab 5 in the C region. Science bowl meetings will be held every other Wednesday at 1:30 - 2:30pm.
