It's Unified Basketball season! Unified Basketball brings youth with and without intellectual disabilities together through education, sports and related initiatives that provide them with the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to create and sustain school communities that promote acceptance, respect and human dignity for all students. We are now accepting applications for participation.
Are you a 9-11th grader? Are you interested in a career as a scientist, doctor, engineer or technologist? Then you should come to the ASE [PRONOUNCED ACE if read aloud] summer internship information session in the library on Tuesday, January 13th at 1. ASE matches scientists, engineers and technology innovators with smart students like you for 8 week internships over the summer. The Winter Band Concert is Thursday (12/18/14) in the theater at 7pm. Also, the Jazz Band and Debs will be at Zoolights on Saturday - December 20th at 7:30pm. Come out and support our music programs!

Are you traveling for the Holidays? Did you know that you need current picture ID with your legal name to board an airplane? There are a number of ID cards that have not been picked up in the main office. If you need a replacement card, pay the Bookkeeper $5 and bring the receipt to the main office to Mrs. Flood. If you have never had a card - check in the main office to see if there is one there, or to have your picture taken. Don't wait until the last minute!
Are you interested in bringing change to PHS and the rest of the world? Interested in talking about issues surrounding healthy relationships, teen dating, and other issues facing teenagers today? A new group will be starting up in the health clinic and they'd love to hear your thoughts. Join up by talking with your school counselor.
