MEChA is a student leadership group here at Parkrose. The groups goals are to promote academic excellence, community service, unity and cultural awareness. MEChA will be having its first meeting TODAY in room D 5-6 at three o'clock. We will be discussing our goals and plans for school events and field trips for this year. All are welcome and yes, there will be food!

This will be a great opportunity to register for clubs like Black Student Union, Adventure Corp, SWAG, and Breakdance. There are over 20 after school clubs you are eligible to participate in, so come check out what your school has to offer.

Students-- we are critically short on US History American Vision and Pre-Calculus textbooks. If you still have one of those textbooks laying around your house, you need to return them asap! There are no fines, just bring them in-- we need them for the current classes. Mr. Freeman will be making personal phone calls home if the textbooks do not show up in the next day or two. Thank you for your cooperation. You can return them either to the textbook room or the library.
