You can earn up to 4 credits in the following languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Vietnamese. There's a chance we might have French available, too! Student Directed Films and One Act Auditions are almost here! If you are interested in acting in this amazing event, come to auditions on Monday March 17th and Tuesday March 18th in the Parkrose Theatre. All experience levels are welcome.
Interested in getting involved? Want to make a difference in the overall experience of high school? Do you have what it takes to be a leader? We will have an informational meeting for Student Government, Thursday, March 13th. The meeting will take place after school in Region B at 2:50. Mr. Verhulst will provide information about applying for Student Government and discuss the various positions you can apply for. No experience is needed to join. Have a picture you want to put in the yearbook? Bring $10 and a digital copy of the picture to Mr. Cavanaugh before or after school and the yearbook team will put it in. Pictures must be clear and appropriate. Due by Friday, March 14.

AP Exam Registration is Here! Students can register for AP Exams from now until March 14th. In order to register, please see Nicole B. (the bookkeeper) with payment for the exam. Students paying the regular exam fee will be charged $89 per exam and those on free/reduced lunch will be charged $20 per exam. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Baran in the Main Office.
Sophomores interested in learning more about working in the trades are invited to attend a field trip to ACE Academy with Ms. Grant on March 14. ACE is holding a Trades Exhibition where students can meet with the experts, operate a crane simulator, build a staircase and work with sheet metal. This experience is only available to the first 20 people that return their completed permission forms to Ms. Grant! Get your application from her today!!
Want to learn about a career in the US Marine Corps? Come learn about the USMC on Thursday, March 13th during 7th period in the Library. All students are welcome to attend with a pass from their teacher.
